Worship and Change

Our prayers and songs are changing to become more relevant to people's lives and needs.

Our goal is to help people meaningfully encounter God, enjoy the experience, and worship with joy and comfort.

Songs are contemporary, but not 'trendy.' Prayers are simplified and modernized. Prayers, readings, music and announcements are gathered in convenient booklet-form.

Part of the genius of our Anglican ancestors has been to match music, songs and prayers to contemporary life.

This heritage is our inspiration at Holy Trinity to move forward in the 21st century. Our forms of worship will reflect people's needs, today.

February 17	Ash Wednesday
10 a.m. & 7:30 p.m.	Holy Eucharist with administration of ashes.
February 21	Lent 1
8:30 a.m. & 10 a.m.	Holy Eucharist.
February 24 through March 31	Be Still with God Wednesday evenings
7:30 p.m. to 8:15 p.m.	Be Still with God is the opening of our hearts and minds to God. It is about God with us and loving us. It is about what God does, not what we do.

March

March 21	Lent 5
8:30 a.m. & 10 a.m.	Holy Eucharist with laying on of Hands for Healing.
March 28	Palm Sunday
8:30 a.m.	Holy Eucharist.
10 a.m.	Liturgy of the Palms and Holy Eucharist, with Bishop Michael Bird.

April

April 1	Maundy Thursday
